College - Discipline


Every student shall submit himself / herself to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the authorities of the Institute and university who are vested with the authority to , exercise discipline under the UP State University Act and the Statutes, the Ordinances’ and the Rules that have been framed or may be framed, from time to time by the Institute and University in this respect.

Identity Cards will be issued to the students at the time of admission. The student should get the same endorsed by the Director / Principal / Proctor by the date fixed for the purpose. It will be necessary that the student keep his identity card with him while on college campus and produce it for inspection and verification whenever required by a teacher or other authority / authorities of the Institute.

No student will absent himself / herself from any of the lectures without leave having been obtained previously and if he/she absent himself / herself from lectures without sufficient reasons for more than 7 days ir if he/she is irregular in attendance, or fails to show progress, or is not diligent in his/her studies, his/her name will be struck off the rolls of the course without any notice to him/her.

Consuming Liquor, smoking, chewing and consuming tobacco, pan masala, gutka and drugs etc. are completely banned in the Institute premises.

Students shall have to be abiding by the rules and regulations enforced from time to time by the Institute/ University / Bar Council of India.
